Includes the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana practices. This is the original course created by Bodhipaksa that was offered from the start of Wildmind in 2000 through December 2011.

  • Techniques for managing negative emotions such as anxiety, depression, self-doubt, anger, and craving, both within meditation and in our daily lives. Also introduces methods of cultivating calmness, contentment, energy, and concentration.
  • Introduces four practices -- collectively known as the Brahma Viharas, or divine abidings -- to develop love, empathy, compassion, and equanimity.
